Co-investment with London Community Foundation

Located on donated land in Chatham, Clairvue has developed an additional eight units of affordable housing to its 60-unit townhouse, including seven 1-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit at 80% market rent, with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent providing rent supplements to all units. Two of the units are designed to be fully accessible.
